DBISAM V3.30 - incl. Windows Server 2008 and Vista support - free download |

Jan Hornstrup | Hello. If anybody is interested, we have a DBSRVR.EXE version 3.30 Release 2, which correctly support Windows Server 2008 and Vista when it comes to correct handling language and building of character map list. This issue causes some SELECT's in the SQL language to return 0-row result sets, where records should be found. This version of dbsrvr.exe is the standard dbisam v3.30 with small modifications provided by Elevate software. It is tested and working correctly on Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Small Business Server 2008. If any comments, please do not hesitate to contact me. "Al Vas" | Hi,
Is this issue likely to affect me if using standard language and character sets (in Australia). Incorrect zero result sets sounds rather serious. Thanks Alex "Tim Young [Elevate Software]" <timyoung@elevatesoft.com> wrote in message news:4D6BD874-ED82-4282-B50E-5A2CA460DFE4@news.elevatesoft.com... > Jan, > > Please see my response in the Announcements newsgroup: > > http://www.elevatesoft.com/newsgrp?action=openmsg&group=3&msg=2136&page=1#msg2136 > > -- > Tim Young > Elevate Software > www.elevatesoft.com > |
