Free GUI designers for DBISAM? |

Are there any free (or cheap) database design/querying tools for MS Windows
out there? I'm looking for something that will allow me to create tables/fields/records in an Windows environment and run queries. A bit like the SQL Server management studio. | |

Depends on just what you want. You could download the additional utilities from Tim's site. Simple, not sexy but they work. Look at Context Software's for a more graphical version.
