So for now solution would be to create additional table for search and put all searchable fields here,
though it will create duplicates and need additional management.

Not really.  You may be stuck with the situation until I can figure out
something that we can do with DBISAM to try and optimize OR conditions
across two tables.>

Possibly, but it will most likely wait until EDB is done (end of January).

I hope this improvement will be done as Tim said at the end of January, it is very important for us and I am sure
many users will be happy to get this improvement.
