Is this related to the SMB Issue?? |

Ian Branch | Hi Team,
My Customer often sees error messages like "The specified network name is no longer available." and "The system cannot find the file specified." More often two or three of these occur around the same time from different users/PCs. The Users can have been in the Apps for 3 min or 3.5 hrs. It doesn't seem to matter. Are these familiar to anybody? As they are working in Local mode, is this related to the SMB issue?? Regards & TIA, Ian |

With that error it looks like a hardware issue - if its lots of people experiencing it look at the shared hardware eg router, server LAN card. Hmm does the router keep logs and if so what do they say? Roy |

I'd also ask if they are on WiFi since this could happen when they lose connection to file share. In addition check if connection has been disconnected - assuming they have it mapped in Explorer does if shows as disconnected ? Raul |
