Restore in EDB Manage fails |

Uli Becker | I tried to restore a database with EDB-Manager.
After selecting the backup-folder it shows all backups, but the details- and ok-button stay disabled when selecting a backup. Version 1.09 B3. Regards Uli |

> Does the backup contain any tables ? Check the Selection tab to see. I was simply the checkbox I didn't "see". Since only one table can be selected for restoring: why did you use checkboxes? Regards Uli |

Fernando Dias Team Elevate | Uli,
> Since only one table can be selected for restoring: why did you use checkboxes? I think you mean "one backup can be selected"... Well, I must say I like it as it is because it works as a "double-check". We must explicitly and deliberately indicate what backup file we want to restore and that's good - restoring the wrong backup by mistake can cause a big disaster! -- Fernando Dias [Team Elevate] |

Actually it was just an easy way of displaying all of the backups and also allowing for selection within one control, and without having to display another selection dialog. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

I begin to like the checkboxes Regards Uli |
