Thread EngineType changes from etClient to etServer

It seems if I load in a EDB Server project into Delphi and then load
in an EDB client project the EngineType changes from etClient to
etServer. If I make a change and save the DataModule unit this change
is permanaent. If I close Delphi and re-open the client project
without saving, the DataModule EngineType is etClient.

Its down to the single instance model for the engine and its persistence. I reported something similar (in my case I think it was UseLocalConfigurationSettings) so Tim knows about it.

This is specific to 1.x, and has since been fixed in 2.x.
