Which user account |

Ronald | Hi,
I am setting up a public server for my EWB app. I use EWB modules which work great, but I wonder under which account the EWB server runs. I have seen in my llogs that it now runs under an administrator account. Can I change that on a Windows server? I mean: can I create an account with minimum rights and have it "run" the Webserver? Thank you, Ronald |

A Windows service is normally run on the System account, but you can use services.msc to set it to any user account with appropriate rights. |

EWB Web server can be run interactively or as a service so it running does not indicate what mode you started it in. 1. Have you registered it as as service ? (this is what makes it show up in services panel) 2. Have you started it as a service ? https://www.elevatesoft.com/manual?action=viewtopic&id=ewb2&topic=Starting_Server Raul |
